5.2 Sotori makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, quality, legality, or suitability of any Generated Content.
5.3 You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and using Generated Content. You should not rely on the Services or Generated Content as a substitute for professional advice (including medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice).
5.4 You may use Generated Content for your lawful purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and any third-party rights that may apply.
6.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including underlying models, software, code, designs, interfaces, trademarks, trade names, logos, and all related intellectual property, are and will remain the exclusive property of Sotori and its licensors.
6.2 Other than the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights or licenses are granted to you, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
6.3 You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or branding on the Services or any materials generated or provided by Sotori.
